Does Digital Partners Network accept pitches for new products and innovations?
At DPN new business ideas are always welcome. If you have a validated idea or business plan for a new fintech product, you can upload your idea on our Product Pitches page and the DPN team will review it and perhaps help make your startup a reality!
Send us a pitch deck or business plan, via the uploading tool on our Product Pitches landing page. Submissions are only accepted on the first day of the month.

New DPN App FAQs
What happened to the old DPN app?
We upgraded our app to give you a better user experience and direct access to DPN’s latest news and products. You can see your share statement and you can get in touch with Customer Support at any time from inside the app!
How do I download the new DPN app?
You can get the new DPN app from Digital Partners Network PLC in the or the Google Play store. Use your DPN-registered email address and phone number to log in. Please note that each DPN user can use one mobile phone number per account.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide the DPN app for users of Huawei phones at this time but are working on a solution in the near future.

What login credentials do I need to access the new DPN app?
To log in to the DPN app, use your DPN-registered email address and password to log in.
Please note that each DPN user must use a unique email address and phone number per account.
Can anyone use the DPN app?
At this stage, only existing DPN registered users can use the new DPN app. New registrations in DPN are currently closed, however, if you want to join the waiting list, please go to https://dpnetwork.com/notifyme/ and fill out the form so we can notify you when registrations open in the future.
*The new DPN app will only be available for eligible users in non-sanctioned countries. This also excludes China, and the CleverDo Sanctioned Country list for the time being. We are working on releasing the app to the rest of the world and will keep DPN registered users updated as we roll it out to their region.
I have a problem registering in the new DPN app, where can I get help?
If you cannot complete the registration in the DPN app please contact support@dpnetwork.com. Please include the email address that you use for your DPN account, your username, and screenshots of your issue.
What does the DPN app do?
Inside the new DPN app, you can:
- See your Share Statement
- Get access to and share the latest news from DPN and the Fintech industry
- Send a message to Customer Support
- Read our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy
- Opt-in for emails and push notifications from DPN
We designed the new app to give you first-hand access to the latest products and services from the DPN portfolio. Be the first to know about new products, updates to existing products and the latest innovations in the fintech industry.
Does the DPN app work on all devices?
The DPN app works on any Apple or Android mobile device. At this stage, unfortunately, we are unable to provide the app to users of Huawei phones but we are working on a solution for the near future. The DPN app does NOT work on iPads or other tablet devices and the DPN App does not work on desktop computers.
Can I log in to CleverDo from the DPN app?
No. But if you have not yet registered in CleverDo you can access your unique link to access it from inside the DPN app.
You can download CleverDo from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
I have a problem using the new DPN app, where can I get help?
If you encounter a problem with the DPN App please contact support@dpnetwork.com via email or through the help form in your app. Please include the email address that you use for your DPN account, your username, and screenshots of your issue.
How do I reset my password?
If you cannot access your DPN-registered account please follow this procedure to reset your password on your DPN account:
1. If your password fails when logging in, select Forgot password?
2. Enter your DPN-registered email
3. Check your email account and follow the steps to reset your password.
4. Log in to your DPN App with your new password
I want to change my DPN account password, where can I do that?
1. Download the app or log in to https://login.dpnetwork.com/web/login/
2. Go to the Help menu by clicking Having trouble logging in? and select I forgot my password.

DPN App FAQs - For existing users
I have not received the correct number of shares in my account. What can I do?
Please contact support@dpnetwork.com and we will investigate your issue in order to find an appropriate solution.
Can I ask for information about other accounts which are not mine?
According to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the EU law on data protection and privacy in the European Union and the European Economic Area, we cannot provide you with information about someone else’s account as it is private and sensitive information, protected by law.
For security reasons, we will only entertain any requests raised via the registered email address (except in cases where the user is deceased). for any request related to a customer’s account information.
How will I be notified about next steps for my account?
For all elements relating to DPN business development, please follow the updates that will be posted in the DPN app as notifications.
A notification will be displayed in your DPN app, there you will be able to find all details and updates. New announcements and news will be sent via push and email notifications. Please ensure you enable notifications on your device and within the ‘Cnsent Settings’ section of the DPN App.

What happens if the DPN account holder passes away?
In the unfortunate event that the account holder passes away and you wish the account and shares to be transferred to someone else (once the shares are freely transferable), we will require the new account holder’s KYC information and supporting documentation (a death certificate and affidavit) to be submitted to support@dpnetwork.com. DPN will change the details of the account and transfer the shares to the new account holder accordingly in due process.
Can I cancel my account?
Yes. You should contact our Customer Support: support@dpnetwork.com who will assist you with the cancellation of your account.
Where are my shares held?
Your shares are held by a nominee in accordance with the Share Exchange Terms and Conditions.

Where are my DPN shares?
Digital Partners Network PLC and CleverDo Payments Ltd. have joined forces to give you a new application where you can view your DPN shares statement and have access to a growing suite of open banking features.
With CleverDo you are able to:

- View your DPN shares
Your DPN shares statement can be viewed in the CleverDo app and in due course, you will see the options available to you as a stakeholder in DPN grow. For now DPN is here to help you find the best alternative banking products and services and get the most out of your money, so we can build value in DPN together and see our share value increase.

I have the wrong number of shares in the CleverDo app. Where can I get support?
If you have an issue with the number of shares displayed in your CleverDo app, please contact DPN customer support via email: support@dpnetwork.com. They will respond to your emails within 48 hours, Monday to Friday from 8:00 – 18:00.
I want to sell or transfer my shares. Where can I get support?
I want to put money into my CleverDo app. How can I do that?
You can add money to your CleverDo account from either a debit or credit card or alternatively, add money directly from your bank account. Simply sign in to the CleverDo App and click on Add Money and follow the on-screen instructions.
Can I get a referral code for the CleverDo app?

CleverDo is based in Canada, with offices in Europe and South Africa.
Who is CleverDo?
CleverDo Payment Technologies Ltd is the creator of the CleverDo financial app based in Canada. CleverDo is licensed by the Canadian authorities FINTRAC.
Their primary goal is caring for their fast-growing mobile wallet client base in South Africa, whilst expanding their reach on a global level.
At present they offer our users:
- A virtual International Bank Account Number (IBAN) for your income to be paid into.
- A global money transfer service for you to send and receive money to and from, countries all over the world. Send money globally by SWIFT, or inside the EU by SEPA.
- A CleverWallet to transfer money between friends and family with the CleverDo app.
- A place to store your Digital Partners Network (DPN) shares.

Why are my shares in CleverDo now?
Your rewards have been exchanged into shares in Digital Partners Network PLC, and is now held in the CleverDo app. The benefit to DPN users is that you can also use a global digital wallet.
How will my share value be affected by the CleverDo partnership?
CleverDo has a digital wallet app that can be used all over the world and will enable many new features over the coming year. As a DPN user you will be able to benefit from this tool as a means to send and receive payments via the application, giving you the shareholder the power to do business with more people in more places.
How can I receive my shares if I live in a Sanctioned Country?
DPN users based in countries on the CleverDo Sanctioned Country list will have the opportunity to receive their shares in the DPN app at a later stage. Please contact info@dpnetwork.com for further information.
