Does Digital Partners Network accept pitches for new products and innovations?
At DPN new business ideas are always welcome. If you have a validated idea or business plan for a new fintech product, you can upload your idea on our Product Pitches page and the DPN team will review it and perhaps help make your startup a reality!

DPN App FAQs - For existing users
My password is not working. How do I reset it?
If you are not able to access your account, please reset your password following the steps below:
● Please cut and paste or type the following link in your browser: https://app.digitalpartnersnetwork.co.uk/
● Click on “LOGIN” and select “Reset Password”
● Provide your registered email address and click “submit”
● An email to reset your password will be sent. Please also check your spam folder.
If you do not receive a password reset email, please check if you are using the correct email address for the request. Take note: usernames and email addresses are case-sensitive.
My username is not working, what am I doing wrong?
First, please confirm you are using the exact username that you registered with. Usernames are case-sensitive. Be sure your username is exactly the way it was written, ie. If your username is hello@12345.com then Hello@12345.com will not work. Remove spaces between words if that is the name you registered in the beginning. ie. Harry Smith will not work if you registered with HarrySmith and vice versa.
How can I update My Account details?
Usernames cannot be changed as they are unique to your registration. You cannot update/change your first name, last name, email or birthday details, but we can update your residential address and phone number.

I have not received the correct number of shares in my account. What can I do?
Please contact support@dpnetwork.com indicating the number of shares missing and we will investigate your issue in order to find an appropriate solution.
I cannot see my shares in the app. Where are they?
If you registered with a different email, or you are accessing your account with the incorrect username, your shares will not be visible. In order to solve your issue, you have to log in to DPN with the email address you used at the time of registration.
When registering with the correct email and accessing My Account with the correct username, your shares will show in your DPN account and you will be able to process your KYC and sign the Letter of Exchange. A copy of the Share Exchange Terms and Conditions can also be found here.
Can I ask for information about other accounts which are not mine?
According to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the EU law on data protection and privacy in the European Union and the European Economic Area, we cannot provide you with information about someone else’s account as it is private and sensitive information, protected by law.
For security reasons, we highly recommend the use of the registered email address for any request related to a customer’s account information.
How will I be notified about next steps for my account?
For all elements of the DPN business developments please follow the updates that will be posted in the DPN app as notifications.
A notification will be displayed in your DPN app, there you will be able to find all details and updates. Please check your DPN app often in order to not miss any new information.

I have uploaded the wrong KYC files, how can I resubmit them?
At this stage we are not able to change your KYC files, but we will shortly share information relating to the next steps to update your account.
What happens if the DPN account holder passes away?
In the event that the account holder passes away and you wish the account and shares to be transferred to someone else (once the shares are freely transferable), we will require the new account holder’s KYC information to be submitted to support@dpnetwork.com. DPN will change the details of the account and transfer the shares to the new account holder accordingly.
Can I cancel my account?
You should contact our Customer Support: support@dpnetwork.com who will assist you with the cancellation of your account.
Where are my shares held?
Your shares are held by a nominee in accordance with the Share Exchange Terms and Conditions.

Where are my DPN shares?
Digital Partners Network PLC and CleverDo Payments Ltd. have joined forces to give you a new application where you can view your DPN shares statement and have access to a growing suite of open banking features.
With CleverDo you are able to:

Your DPN shares statement can be viewed in the CleverDo app and in due course, you will see the options available to you as a stakeholder in DPN grow. For now DPN is here to help you find the best alternative banking products and services and get the most out of your money, so we can build value in DPN together and see our share value increase.

I have a problem with the CleverDo app. Where can I get support?
If you have a problem with your CleverDo app, you can reach their support team via email: help@CleverDo.app
I have the wrong number of shares in the CleverDo app. Where can I get support?
If you have an issue with the number of shares displayed in your CleverDo app, please contact DPN customer support via email: support@dpnetwork.com. They will respond to your emails within 48 hours, Monday to Friday from 8:00 – 18:00.
I want to sell or transfer my shares. Where can I get support?
I want to put money into my CleverDo app. How can I do that?
You can add money to your CleverDo account from either a debit or credit card or alternatively, add money directly from your bank account. Simply sign in to the CleverDo App and click on Add Money and follow the on-screen instructions.
I want to order a CleverDo Mastercard ® Prepaid card on the CleverDo app. Where can I do that?
Currently debit cards are not available to DPN users however you can join the waiting list for your country here. You can transfer funds into your CleverDo app, such as incomes from any source and send or receive funds from friends and family or your employer(s) using your International Bank Account Number (IBAN).
Can I get a referral code for the CleverDo app?

CleverDo is based in Canada, with offices in Europe and South Africa.
Who is CleverDo?
CleverDo Payment Technologies Ltd is the creator of the CleverDo financial app based in Canada. CleverDo is licensed by the Canadian authorities FINTRAC.
Their primary goal is caring for their fast-growing mobile wallet client base in South Africa, whilst expanding their reach on a global level.
At present they offer our users:
- A virtual International Bank Account Number (IBAN) for your income to be paid into.
- A global money transfer service for you to send and receive money to and from, countries all over the world. Send money globally by SWIFT, or inside the EU by SEPA.
- A CleverWallet to transfer money between friends and family with the CleverDo app.
- A place to store your Digital Partners Network (DPN) shares.

What bank does CleverDo use?
CleverDo uses Satchel and Clear Junction to provide its users with an International Bank Account Number (IBAN). In South Africa CleverDo uses NedBank as its issuing partner.

Is CleverDo available worldwide?
Why are my shares in CleverDo now?
Your rewards have been exchanged into shares in Digital Partners Network PLC, and is now held in the CleverDo app. The benefit to DPN users is that you can also use a global digital wallet.
How will my share value be affected by the CleverDo partnership?
CleverDo has a digital wallet app that can be used all over the world and will enable many new features over the coming year. As a DPN user you will be able to benefit from this tool as a means to send and receive payments via the application, giving you the shareholder the power to do business with more people in more places.
How can I receive my shares if I live in a Sanctioned Country?
DPN users based in countries on the CleverDo Sanctioned Country list will have the opportunity to receive their shares in the DPN app at a later stage. Please contact info@dpnetwork.com for further information.
