Important Notice Regarding Our Company Name: We want to inform you that effective 04th September 2024, our company has changed its name from DIGITAL PARTNERS NETWORK PLC to DIGITAL PARTNERS NETWORK LIMITED. This is a name change only and does not affect our legal status as the same corporate entity. We remain the same organization, with the same company registration number (13532707), management team, and operational procedures.
This name change does not affect how your personal data is processed, stored, or protected. DIGITAL PARTNERS NETWORK LIMITED continues to be the data controller for all personal information you have provided to us, and all existing data protection measures, security protocols, and privacy commitments remain in place. Your rights under data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR, remain unchanged.
We have updated our Terms and Conditions and other relevant documentation to reflect our new company name. No action is required on your part regarding this change. By continuing to use our app and accepting these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge this name change notification.

In these Terms & Conditions, User or Users means any third party that accesses the application and is not either (i) employed by DIGITAL PARTNERS NETWORK LIMITED and acting in the course of their employment or (ii) engaged as a consultant or otherwise providing services to DIGITAL PARTNERS NETWORK LIMITED and accessing the application in connection with the provision of such services.

Shareholding in DIGITAL PARTNERS NETWORK LIMITED
All shares in DIGITAL PARTNERS NETWORK LIMITED owned by the User will be held in trust in the name of the Nominee appointed by DPN for this purpose.
Intellectual property and acceptable use
1. All Content included in the application, unless uploaded by Users, is the property of DIGITAL PARTNERS NETWORK LIMITED, our affiliates or other relevant third parties. In these Terms & Conditions, Content means any text, graphics, images, audio, video, software, data compilations, page layout, underlying code and software and any other form of information capable of being stored in a computer that appears on or forms part of this application, including any such content uploaded by Users. By continuing to use the application you acknowledge that such Content is protected by copyright, trademarks, database rights and other intellectual property rights. Nothing on this site shall be construed as granting, by implication or otherwise, any license or right to use any trademark, logo or service mark displayed on the site without the owner’s prior written permission.

General
17. You may not transfer any of your rights under these Terms & Conditions to any other person. We may transfer our rights under these Terms & Conditions where we reasonably believe your rights will not be affected.

19. These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, contain the whole agreement between the parties relating to its subject matter and supersede all prior discussions, arrangements or agreements that might have taken place in relation to the Terms & Conditions.
20. The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 shall not apply to these Terms & Conditions and no third party will have any right to enforce or rely on any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

If any court or competent authority finds that any provision of these Terms & Conditions (or part of any provision) is invalid, illegal or unenforceable, that provision or part-provision will, to the extent required, be deemed to be deleted, and the validity and enforceability of the other provisions of these Terms & Conditions will not be affected.
22. Unless otherwise agreed, no delay, act or omission by a party in exercising any right or remedy will be deemed a waiver of that, or any other, right or remedy.
23. This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted according to the law of England and Wales and all disputes arising under the Agreement (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
24. As a condition of your use of the application and/or its services, you will not use it for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by the law. You shall not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any application, services, other User accounts, computer systems or networks connected to DIGITAL PARTNERS NETWORK LIMITED infrastructure through hacking, password mining or any other means.

DIGITAL PARTNERS NETWORK LIMITED, in its sole discretion, may suspend or terminate your account and block or remove and discard any content within the application or service, for any reason, without limitation, if DIGITAL PARTNERS NETWORK LIMITED believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of these Terms.
